Returns  
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return shipping  
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items  
If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us and include photos so we can resolve the issue. In such cases, we will cover the return or replacement.

Exchanges  
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If needed, you may return the item and place a new order.

Exceptions  
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including limited editions, custom items, or items marked as final sale.
